He is a Jordanian researcher in Islamic thought and an expert in Islamic movements.

  • Abu Haniyeh has published works and books on women and politics, jihadist Salafism in Jordan, conservative Salafism, Sufi orders, the Islamic solution in Jordan, Arab jihadism, the

  • His works have been translated into multiple languages and have been published in various fields, including heritage, Islamic thought, humanities, and social sciences.
